Il Vizio Restaurant was born in 2013 in the Quattrotorri Perugia hotel. Conceived immediately, not only as a hotel restaurant, but as a "lively" meeting place at the service of its guests, city, and the community, able to offer memorable experiences in the name of food and wine excellence. The idea took shape through the collaboration with Chef Marco Gargaglia and the creation of a menu with Mediterranean flavors and an expression of local tastes. The continuous research work, the innovative spirit and the desire to grow together, gives life to a unique international culinary style. From the most traditional Sushi to the essence of the truest tones, here is a borderless proposal where everything is light and delicate at the same.
